Vicious cycle on my iPod 4

I just jail broke my iPod 4. Added a couple items through cydia, now it's in a cycle of the home screen and the little circle that moves around. I can't even access anything on my iPod or through iTunes because it's stuck in this cycle. I've tried turning it off but it just restarts back into this cycle. What can I do? I want to delete cydia and apps and reinstall cydia. Please help!!!!!

Have you tried DFU and restore? Check this site http://dave.merten.mobi/fixit/ and see if it helps.
