Would a GSM screen work on a CDMA model?

History

I noticed the only difference is the outer part of the screen where the screws go. The connectors are the same would it work?

Yeah, I've installed this into a phone before and it works just fine.. All I did was cut off the screw points that didn't match and it all fits the same.
