Battery picture on screen

History

My phone won't turn on and there is a picture of a battery with a red cross through the middle and a white indicator line under it? I have replaced the battery and this has not changed anything

did you drop your mobile phone or spill a water on it????

same thing has happened to mine although earlier on I did put it in the same pocket as my umbrella and when I took it out it was really wet I opened the back and the battery was damp but its dry now and still wont work!

That means it's propably time for a new Cellphone.

U can try screwing the Blackberry open and take all pieces out then rebuild it.

Did that alot of times when i had any problems and they fixed them 9/10 times.
