I noticed there was no detailed pictures of LCD screen.

History

I wanted to see more detail on the LCD screen, but the only one is the bird's-eye view of all the parts. Can we get some more screen shots of the screen and it's parts? Ultimately I want to know if I can swap the screen out with a better one.

Looks like the answer is no, you can't use a different screen. If you look at the Droid 3, it appears to be the same, or similar LCD, but the flex cable that is attached to the LCD is different, and this wouldn't be something you could swap on your own.

You can find the Droid 4 LCD Screen and they have a really good detailed picture of the front and back also.
