My tv turns on then 2 seconds later turns off
Tv shows troubleshooting code 23 (deflection protector) I replaced both stk's still does same thing inspected all boards nothing visibly wrong any help out there???

To fix TV you should have a very good knowledge about electronics, right now you have power supply problem and this kind of problem it will be between the primary and secondary parts of the power supply, to start fix it is will be different between what type of power supply you have, so I recommend for you to send your TV to the experience TV fix store to do that saving your time and money.
Austin, I think this one has issues with the power board. Do a search on "Answers" and there are a few questions on here about that. Check on here about a discussion regarding the Y-buffer etc. might help you too.
