Vibrate and Ringer not functioning

I recently changed over my front and rear glass about a little over a month ago. My iPhone recently stopped vibrating and the ringer will not ring when receiving calls also.
My speakers are working fine through YouTube and Music.
Also the toggle button does not seem to be working correctly seeing as though the Speaker does not appear when toggling to and from Silent mode.
I've tried restarting, restoring and every other thing imaginable.
Do I need to order a new vibrating motor? Or new toggling button??
*Also ibrate isn't working as well.
Please help, any advice you have would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks.
