people cant hear me at all
I call ppl and they can't hear me tru my iphone 4 but when I use the voice memo it works I can hear myself talk same when I record a video I had it replaced so many times that the tech just gave up he wouldn't figure it out I had a screen fix on it to and the next day it happen it started searching and drop calls and echo noises weird distortion and no one can hear me talk so can anyone help me out?

If the phone is AT&T, when you open the phone and look into it from the back, there is a screw in the top left just below the rear facing camera which acts as a ground. Replace that screw with one of a similar size that will fit. That solution has worked for me. However if that doesn't work you might just have to replace your dock which holds the microphone.
