Brand new. Only plays the songs it wants to. Help!

History

Brand new. All music is from itunes. Ipod only plays some songs. It will skip over anywhere from 1-5 songs. It also plays different song then what is shown. Even when I manually pick a song, it will at times skip that song, if I hit the back button it still won't play that song. I hate this new ipod. Help!!!

Restore your iPod in iTunes.

Click on your ipod in the left column and you should see a 'restore' button in the center of the page.

Also try syncing with a different library.

(maybe the songs are the source of the problem)
