Mic and earpiece not working - headset and handsfree fine.

History

The phone is working fine apart from the earpiece and microphone. It works fine with a headset and hands free.

I've searched the site, but not found this exact situation.

Suggestions please ladies and gentlemen. :)

You may have connector 4 not secured, or the mic is out. I would also make sure the #3 connector is not damaged, or its ribbon counterpart. Start with those 2 parts, and troubleshoot that way. GIve us more info as well, like was this phone opened? Water damaged? Etc.
