Difficulty in opening the screw to access the hard disk

Dear all,

I wanted to change the hard disk of my macbook unibody (late 2008). All I need to do is to unscew the phillips screw and remove the black bar so that i can access my hard disk. However, I have difficulty in turning the scew. I used the correct screwdriver I presume (phillips #00) but to no avail. I do not want to make things worse so if anyone have any advice to salvage my situation, i will be very grateful.

Cheers,

Michael

Sometimes those screws are a little tight. For those screws I use a driver with a wider handle so I can get more torque on it. I find this set works a lot better for that than the thinner drivers: [linked product missing or disabled: IF145-028]
