FW=Firewire, more infomation about which version supports Firewire for charging and /or data transfer can be found here.

HP=Hewlett Packard. "The Apple iPod+HP was an Apple iPod with an HP logo on the back, distributed through HP" more information about that on here. It was the third generation iPod that was briefly licensed HP. Hope this answers your question.
