Voice mail indication marker

History

I do not have voice mail on my phone but the red dot is indicating voice mail. I have already done a system restore with no success

try resetting by double pressing the home button till the menu pops up across the bottom of the screen, then scroll left/right till the green phone icon is on screen. Press and hold icon till the red circle appears and the icon jiggles. press the red circle to reset.
