I Get a Yellow Screen With a "emergency mode" message

History

My New LG P350g Optimus ME With Android 2.2 with no reason, gives me a Yellow screen with an"emergency mode" message, the phone gets completly blocked, the screen wont dimm off and the battery get's really hot, to the point that I fear it would explode.

I Have to take off the battery to gett it to run.

I had reset it but I keep getting the same screen. Can Some one help me with that?

the only good answer here is to return it. If it's new and covered by warranty the manufacturer or seller should exchange it for a working phone! Trying to fix this yourself at this point would void your warranty.
