Why won't my roomba 692 charge?

I've had the roomba 692 for less than 6 months, but it won't charge anymore on the charging doc. Is it the charging dock that's the problem, or is it the roomba's charging pad or motherboard. I am going to send it in to get it repaired, but would like to see if i could figure it out myself.

You can check if there is a problem with the power outlet where you have plugged your charging station. Try using a different power outlet. Also, inspect the power cable and its connection to the power inlet port on the charging base. Secure it in place firmly and then check if the charging base turns on. Another issue can be due to insufficient voltage. You can check if you have sufficient voltage at the mains. Sometimes, just turning the breaker switch on and off also does the job.
