Depends on which parameter. The cycle counter I imagine wouldnt be far off. Full charge capacity is likely "programmed" in. The amperage and voltage I imagine is right, it's an uncertainty of just +/-.1 A and +/-.1 V...same as a low-end multimeter. Condition is likely based on cycle count? I would think that the numbers are fairly trust worthy.

Nick, I've never seen a battery with this many cycles. It only has about 12% of original capacity. Does it last 10 minutes? Time to change batteries. If you used something besides Coconut battery to get your stats you might try that.
