i recently buy an iphone from ebay. on the screen when i charge the phone is came up on the display the apple and an circle like it loading and then is off,then again and again,when i plug it in! when is not on is nothing,he doesnt work

Unfortunately, with used items it's kind of hard to tell the quality of what you're getting or the potential it may have endured. However, this does sound like a case of dead battery. The phone tries to turn on but the battery shows odd voltages and causes the phone to shut down. I recommend buying a new battery and then use our battery guide to help you replace it.
