Why is my Wii in a frozen state?

History

my wii was working perfect oder but when i was play its stopped its self but still i can see the screen menu and sound,the remote its not functioning or doing anything...how can i fix it please??

The reason why your remote is not functioning is, once the Wii is frozen, it will and can not process any peripherals. You will have to use the buttons :-)

The first thing I would do is to unplug the Wii from the power for 10 minutes and then plug it back in. Make sure that your disc's are clean and are not scratched, this will cause your Wii to freeze up. Hope this helps, good luck
