Re-align lid after a drop?

History

Macbook Pro 17" mid 2009

The lid on the machine no longer lays flush against the lower body front edge upon closing after a slight drop. Functionality is 100%; I'd just like it to close flush again if possible. Not sure which guide to use or if adjustment is even possible?

Use this guide to get to your hinges. Loosen the hinges and realign the display then tighten the screws and reassemble. Installing MacBook Pro 17" Unibody Display
