Why is my phone not recognized by the computer?

icleaned the logic board, now its chrging,
but computer not reconized it, there is NO usb sound when i connect to the computer.
it also not chrging from the computer. just from the wall chrger
i try also to replace the battery and the charging port.
nothing not work
the phone is fully functional..
