I changed the front panel in my iphone. After reassembling a part of the touch screen is broken. To be exact the 2nd row of apps.
Can it be problem with specific connector or something ? Because its only that part of the screen. I need some help to see where i got it wrong with the reassembly.

jeroen, it has been my experience that if only part of the digitizer does not work, it is the digitizer that is at fault. Possibly broken circuits on the inside and impossible to fix. You will have to replace it.

sounds like you got a bad replacement part. I have a repair business and I even get bad parts sometimes. there is a company that sells them based out of arizona and you will get alot of bad parts if you order from him. its not his fault he is a good guy it seems but his supplier in china is terrible. and your problem is quite common. buying the cheapest part you can find is not the best idea. buy from iFixit. dont buy from ebay or amazon. to many bad sellers out there and they change accounts all the time.
