Dear experts!

Sorry, but i don't speak English.

I had to disassemble my notebook, but I ran into one problem.

In the upper left corner of the notebook is its speaker, and placed into the body of a chip that is responsible for the work of AirPort and Bluetooth. Nearby DVD rewriter GS23N.

Under the plastic body dynamics is a metal plate with three holes for screws, which continues to DVD rewriter and is connected to the end of the body DVD rewriter by a screw. This metal plate can be seen in the picture here: MacBook Unibody (Model No. A1342 Late 2009) Rear Speaker.

I am wondering what is the function of this metal plate? It is a common holder (fasteners) or serves as a "ground"?
