my ipod is not appearing on itune so i cant install it and the battery is coming of and on is that the problem and if so what is the solution

No exactly sure what you mean by the battery coming of and on, but it appears as if you are having issues with that. You have to start somewhere to determine what is wrong. First try to reset your iPod this link shows you how. If that still does not work, start with the battery guide. Be careful when removing the clasp on the battery connector, it does have a tendency of breaking of the logic board. Follow the guide closely and read the notes. Also, make sure tat the cable is properly inserted and the clasp is securing the cable. Once you replaced the battery, place your iPod in Disk mode and see if your computer can access the drive.
