I can't send an sms/text from iPhone 4S (iOS5.01)

I can't seem to send sms text messages to a specific VALID contact from my iPhone 4S (iOS 5.01). I get a "message send failure" indication.
I have inserted the full area code, and try everything listed from Apple Knowledge Base support.apple.c
I have also tried restoring my iPhone 4S, attempting to send an SMS from a fresh phone without restoring my back up and nothing seem to work?
Its definetly not an issue with my carrier, as I tried inserting my sim card onto my old iPhone 4 (iOS 5.01), and I am able to send the SMS.
Does anyone know what could be causing it? Is anyone having the same issue?
