It would seem your computer does not see any ram. You should check and see if your ram is fully seated. Link provided to the Apple beep code. Good luck.

+ If reseating your RAM doesn't solve the problem. Try different RAM sticks that are specified for your machine.

(Sorry , my lateness because of the mony )thank you "rj713" for your helpping to me I solved my problem (exactliy I did what you 'd told me, I'v bought different RAM sticks that are specified for my machine)It's working know so I'm happy.

It doesn't have any ram memory so it can't start up.
