iPhone 3GS doesn't boot after replacing battery

History

I just replaced my iPhone 3GS battery with the one from ifixit. When I try to boot my phone, nothing happens. If I connect to my Mac, nothing happens and iTunes recognize it only if i turn iPhone in DFU mode (but I can't see anything on the display).

If I connect iPhone to the wall charger it shows the apple logo forever. Then when I disconnect from power instantly it shuts down.

If I replace with the old battery it works normally. Is that a problem of the new battery?

Sorry for my bad english, please help me!

andreagianolio,

I have exactly the same problem.

I believe this is due to a dead battery.

I have e-mailed ifixit support, and now I am awaiting for their response.
