how can i fix at least one of my usb ports on my ps3 they got bent in the inside

What you need to do is find a donor USB port supplier like a cheap USB hub to do this.
The PS3 uses ports that are not combined ports. Yes, it is possible to replace these. They're only soldered with through hole soldering.
Remove the motherboard from the unit and find the USB ports. From this point get flux and a desoldering braid and remove the USB ports. Replace them all if you have enough. From this point, you need to solder them on being careful not to bridge the solder. If you did this correctly, then your USB ports should be fine and functional.
