specific line in the screen not working

i have new iPhone 4 ... after 3 days I noticed that in the call keyboard the line ( *, 0 , # ) didn't work then i found that anything in this line in the touch screen didn't work .... some people say it's the software but i download the new software 5 w still the problem there

note :

ummmm .... sometimes it's work not for a long just when i press it for long time

I am having another problem also my touch screen goes non responsive after a call even if it is a outgoing or incoming. I am planning to change the digitizer assembly itself ! Any recommendations ???
