I've been inside this laptop, dis-assembly (at least to this point I should say) follows the same as the MBP that was released earlier this year. Use this guide to perform your upgrade.
I did a RAM and hard drive upgrade on my late 2011 MBP and it seemed to be just like my previous 2010 model. Very easy access to these components, finished it all and re-assembled in less than 30 minutes.
