iPhone 3GS No Wifi/No Sound/ No Microphone

Hello i have an iphone 3gs with broken display. So i replaced the display and now it works fine. But i recognized that in the Settings there is No Wifi (grey Wifi) and when i want to record a voice memo it says "Connect a microphone to record voice memos". It also doesn't give any sound. So i decided to replace the dock connector. After replacing it, nothing has changed.
So please help to find my problem to repair the Wifi/sound/mirc
