replacement screen problem - white screen

i have an iPhone 4 gsm i recently replaced my iphone 4 by my self everything was going goo till i tryed to turn it on..... it turns on but the screen is completely white.... and i still vibrates, like when i get an email or text message. it just stuck with a white screen

Here is a similar issue, however it is regarding a digitiser. Follow the same principles as you would with a digitiser.
