There are really only two things you can do. One being that you need to recheck to make sure that all your connections are properly closed and that the cable are inserted properly and straight. The other possibility is that you have a bad digitizer. They are showing up more and more. Try to return it from where you bought it
do you get any response when you touch your screen? Sounds like a digitizer issue. Did you change the LCD, the digitizer or both?

just digitizer. no response. just get the battery pic and slide to unlock but wont respond. thanks for your help
