Rubber feet for unibody case bottom

History

MBP 5,4 purchased 9/09

Any chance you can help me with this, one of mine has fallen off. Called Apple stores and a third-party Apple repair with no luck. Apple CSvc advises that I need to send my computer in to them...seems a bit much for just a foot...but they stated it is cosmetic related and they have to do it themselves.

TY, Marjorie

These are for the earier model but may be what you need: http://www.welovemacs.com/mbp15rfeet.htm...

Here's an alternative: http://www.the-wabe.com/notebook/laptop-...

If you go into an Apple Store they may just give you a couple but I haven't seen a place to buy them yet.

go to a craft shop and buy a sheet of A4 rubber foam..comes in all sorts of thicknesses-2mm,3mm etc ($2??) and cut your own "foot" to size. As it's on the underneath it doesn't have to be perfect, just functional :-)
