Rubber Bottom Base Self Repair
On my Macbook, the bottom rubber base is peeling off little by little. I do not want to pay Apple to have this fixed. Is there a way I could fix it myself?
Is this a good question?

craft shops often sell sheets of rubber foam in varying thickness 0.5mm-3mm thick, They cost $1-2. I'm sure you'd be able to cut/make a template for your needs. $14.95 seems like a lot of money for some fancy bits of rubber.
This is now a free repair from Apple.

It's now 2015. This is still an issue, and no longer a free fix repair from Apple.
In 2015, this is no longer a free repair. I'm (so far unsuccessfully) looking for a way to self-repair.
