Sim Card Registration Failed

Philippines, GLOBE (Sim Card).

After we unlocked it, there appears this "sim card registration failed" message when you turn it on. I tried using another sim card, it still says the same.

When I searched for the solution on the net, it says the phone might have been blacklisted or it's a hardware problem.

But there was this one time that it worked! It lasted a day. I got dead batt so it has to be turned off. When I turned it on again, the problem is back.

I don't know how I solved it but it's now working. What I haven't tried yet is turning it off again then on.

I tried inserting my cousin's sim card from another network (SMART) and it miraculously worked! Then I changed the sim card to Mine again and that's how it worked. I'm using it now :)
