Squicking noise when calling someony

History

When I call someone there i a squicking nose at the other end, works normally whem I aktivate the speaker. Does some nows what could be wrong with my Iphone ?http://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/63718...

When you use your headphones it doesn't make the sound, right? Make sure the mic is fully connected to the logic board and you may have to replace it.
