iPhone felt on the floor and after that I can't sync

My 3GS fell on the floor and after that it charges but doesn't sync (iTunes doesn't recognizes iPhone as if it was disconnected).

The home button become hard to work for a little but it returned to normal.

I think that that is some connection misplaced.

Any Suggestions???
