DSi won't power on (charging LED aslo blinks)

So couple weeks ago my DSi wouldn’t power on anymore, and after doing some reading I’ve come to the concluion that I either had a blown fuse or a malfunctioning battery. As I have no multimeter to check the fuse continuity I instead went and ordered a battery off of ebay. Yesterday I got the battery in the mail and… no result. The DSi still wouldn’t power on. I am now almost certain that I have a blown fuse and I am wondering how I should go about fixing this. I do have a soldering kit but I don’t know where it is at the moment. Answers are greatly appreciated, especially ones that can go into detail as I’m pretty new to repairing stuff :)

@pulpiosis Hi. I originally posted this issue almost three years ago now, and I ended up fixing it by just ordering a new power board which fixed my issue, as I didn't have the equipment to look into fuses and soldering at the time. Probably should've closed the issue or something, but this was also the first one I've made here, so besides completely forgetting about it I don't know how I'd go about doing so. Either way I appreciate your response!

The fuse that is blown is most likely the f1 or f2 fuses. The f1 is located under the smaller motherboard which is to the right of the main one. The f2 fuse is located right nest to the charging port. Check for continuity on both of them. You need to then replace the bad one.
