iMac Intel 27 End 2009 Upgrade the drive to SSD?
Is it a good idea to upgrade the drive to a SSD?
because it is near 2 years old ...
if so, what do i need to make it on my own?
do you have this parts? what SSD would you prefer?

I would add memory first, this will help you out get the most out of adding a SSD, after that, add your SSD
When it's time, buy a 2.5 to 3.5'' adaptor, you will need it, in fact, Apple has offered a SSD and HDD, not that you should buy a new computer, just saying
Memory issue is set aside, you can buy what size you want to, speed may not be as good as a I7, but it will help
