dosent play anything on it but works fine otherwise.

my ipod works fine besides it doesnt play the music at all the timeline bar and the time doesnt move when i select the song or video. what causes this and how do i fix it?

try doing a hard reset of the ipod with this from the apple support website.

that did nothing to resolve my issue there is nothing in the apple help that addresses this issue
