Where on the logic board are the power-on pads?

Hi Everyone!

I don't get many A1342s, but I have one now that gets a green light but won't power on, so I'd like to try jumping the board, but I can't find a reference to the location of the power-on pads for this model. I've tried swapping RAM, cleaning the board, and all the usual stuff. If anyone knows where they are, I'd appreciate it.

FYI, this is the "unibody" white MacBook, not the earlier A1181 model.

Thanks!

John

I would also be interested by the A1342 service manual if someone knows where to get it.

If you jump pin 5 and 29 of the keyboard connection the machine will power on. I have used a pair of tweezers to do this and they are about the right distance
