No sound, no mic

I have an iPhone 4 does not produce any sound. Speaker, buzzer. Does not recognize heaphones and when i tray to record a voice memo a message says "No microphone available, connect a microhopne to record voice memos"

I test the logic board in another iPhone 4 and the same problem persists. No doubts is the logicboard. BUt It can be fixed?

Have you tried restoring it yet with the latest up to date firmware?
