Can't see it to well in the video but is the tail rotor operating?

No, it does not (at least while not moving the right joystick)

Well that most probably is the problem.
The tail rotor is used to give a helicopter stability in flight i.e. hold it straight.
It can also be altered (pitch or angle of blades) to give direction like a rudder on a boat.
What is the make and model number of the RC helicopter?
