Cannot hear phone conversation except with speaker option.

I have to use the speaker option for my phone calls, unable to hear with traditional method.

I replaced the broken screen on 3g yesterday, all functions work except I have to use speaker to hear people?

Try rebooting your phone. Hold the button on the top in while holding the bottom circle button in on the front. Hold it till the Apple logo appears. This can take a few minutes. Don't touch it after the logo shows up it is then rebooting.

Dear Sir..actually I am too lazy to go to the repair centre..i have to leave the phone ie 2 days for it to repair.. I didi call the support line but it asked me to reinstall the sw..I did but still does not work..

i have email to apple to request for a replacement but no reply..
