Which Adhesive for aluminum recommended

History

While trying to fix my broken display frame, the little mounts in the 2 corners of the top shell that accept screws for said display frame, broke off.

Is there any adhesive that can hold them?

Two-part epoxy will do the job, but will make getting it open later really tough. I'd go very sparingly with small dots of epoxy. Just enough to hold the frame together.

Two part epoxy works fine. Put some epoxy on the mounts, some epoxy on the back case where the mounts will rest, then screw the frame onto the mounts and snap the frame onto the case. This will ensure the mounts are in place to receive the screws properly.
