Seriously, there needs to be another HUGE WARNING concerning that antenna when fist removing the glass. I cut mine also. :-/ Looking to see if someone sells locally to try and get it together today. Also, what about adhesive for the glass when putting it back together? Otherwise, I love iFixit!

I just replaced my digitizer. The whole bottom half of the glass was cracked/shattered, but held in place by a screen protector (no scratches, but lots of cracks!) from being dropped off my lap against a coffee table.

During the removal, I broke the wifi/bluetooth antenna, and popped the connection on the 3G antenna on the top left. Most of the videos make this look very easy because the glass they are removing is one piece. Not so easy once broken.

To replace all of these parts required removing more components than I thought I would need to: ultimately I had to disconnect and lift out the main board to be able to connect the wifi antenna and 3G antenna back to the board. It is screwed down in several places (4 different screws I think). Be careful not to pull the main board away from the 3G board - they are held together only by a thin ribbon cable that is 'glued' in place. I separated mine, and think that It no longer works, but I wasn't using it anyway.

Take the time to watch various videos, and get the right tools up front (mini-spatula looking tools and screw drivers). I recommend the pre-cut double sided 3M tape kit too. Note: It is very difficult to not scratch the LCD when cleaning it, and to keep every little dust speck out while trying to put it all back together.

However, now I have the problem of the iPad working, then rebooting every 2-3 minutes. I haven't figured that out yet. Any ideas on what causes this?

Sounds like you haven't got one of the cables seated correctly. I find that youtubing a short video of the job being done, usually helps you to recall any adjustments in process you may have missed or weren't doing. Or where you may have cause a bit of damage along the way.
