Black Screen of death, USB Ports not working to flash BIOS?

History

i had to change out the hard drive in my ACER ASPIRE ONE ZG5 AOA150! When rebooting windows to it, i encountered the black screen of death. i formatted my flash disk to FAT and downloaded v.3309. unzipped the files, open the folder and copied both files, renamed the one as said, and held the FN and ESC keys while turning the power on, with the flash drive in a USB port, but its not regestering my USB ports, its not flashing the files as it should... any suggestions???

I have the same problem. I think I will format my harddrive, and then put the tools on that drive and then pressing the FN and ESC keys.

Any solution to this problem?? I got the same problem. Is there another method to boot, or reset the bios??
