I woke up to my ipod being off and it wont turn back on. I've tried resetting it, plugging it in to a wall charger, as well as my macbook. The back is heating up so I know it's charging. The sleep button does not work.. but I have been able to reset it before. can someone please help?? Solutions??

So far no, I have it plugged up to my macbook. And it is charging. This has happwned before but I was able to get it turned back on.

sherae10,

if this does no good, try dfu mode. goes like this : 1. you must have your ipod on (as far as possible) 2. connect the ipod to your mac 3. you need a watch with seconds 4. hold home button and sleep/wake button BOTH for 10 seconds 5. after 10 seconds, release the sleep/wake button, BUT KEEP HOLDING THE HOME BUTTON for 10 seconds again. 6.if you did it, the computer should recognize the ipod and you should be able to synk good luck, if you make a mistake while getting the phone in dfu mode, you have to start right from the start, just like a ps2 cheat ;)
