I'm wondering the same thing. Very rarely do I use WiFI, but I noticed that I'm only getting 1 or 2 bars of signal. Doing a speedtest results in VERRYYYYY poor speeds. Not sure what's wrong. I checked out the parts, and everything seems fine.

I tried the motherboard to put in another enclosure iphone 4, and realized that the problem with wifi is the motherboard

Bradley's post and photos are the best at illustrating what the issue is with low WIFI, Bluetooth and I think GPS as well signals. The little linking piece under the top center of the top EMI shield comes loose and separates from the EMI shield. If it is not put properly in place or it is not put back in at all,(I wondered where it went too and looked and looked until I found Bradley's post) the WIFI, et al signals will be weak. This needs to be included in the appropriate place in the Guides that it applies too. There are many posts on weak WIFI, et al signals here. It is not a mystery once you understand Bradley's excellent post.

Pollytintop, I did just that. I also tried to add a bullet to the Guide, but was denied. I am sure they had a good reason for doing so and I am not complaining or trying to make anyone look bad at all. I note that I do not see any place for "Contact us" other than this forum. I can't find anything else so I am using this as a means to point out this issue to be addressed. I would be willing to rewrite what I submitted to make it acceptable, if someone would let me know what was wrong with what I submitted the first time.
