I have to charge my ipod igb about 3 hour but he still showing orange light when i remove the charger the light is blinking orange and green both

saqib, here is the Apple answer. I would clean the dock connector and make sure that the pins are straight, no corrosion and that your cable is a good one. If none of this should be working, consider changing the battery Installing iPod Shuffle 2nd Generation Battery Replacement good luck.
