Error 9 in restore

Tried to use another dock, tried many ways to restore: Tiny Umbrella, Fix recovery, etc.. Does anyone know a solution?

Does anybody know where`s the USB Circuit in the logic board?

Sure. It`s in MAC, used another computer, tried in PC. Reinstalled iTunes. Security disabled.

Different computer? Different admin user? Mac or pc? Try them too? Disabled security? Reinstalled iTunes?
